Information of freight charges and delivery times
We offer free, flat rate and quoted delivery services for all orders within Australia. Prices are calculated at time of purchase and are in accordance with your delivery location. You are also always welcome to pickup your item from our Richmond location within our operating hours if this is more suitable for you, just shoot us an email and we can make the proper arrangements.

For all orders placed with stock available:
Melbourne & Sydney: 2 - 3 weeks
South Australia: 3 - 4 weeks
Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast: 4 - 6 weeks
Western Australia & Northern Qld: 6 - 8 weeks
Dispatching Your Order
The estimated production time for each product is clearly listed on each page. Production times are a "best estimate" and may change at any time. We will keep you updated on your order, however cannot be held liable for any unforeseen delays.
We partner with many different courier companies depending on item size, availability and delivery location. Once your item has been dispatched our delivery partners will email you to arrange a specific day and time for delivery.
Someone may need to be at home or present at the delivery location during the agreed time to receive your goods and sign for the delivery. But - we totally get that you are busy and often during business hours is not convenient! So we can also arrange authority to leave at the property. Just email us!
Door to Door
All deliveries are to your front door only. Couriers cannot assist you to carry the items upstairs, into your home or position in a room.
Information on our return policy and return shipping
Not what you were after?
If you have a change of heart or the item is not as you expected then you are welcome to return your product to us subject to the following terms:
- The receiver must notify Barnaby Lane immediately of their intent to return
- All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. If there is not receipt of delivery the date shall be assumed to be 7 business days from the date of dispatch
- All costs to return the item must be paid by the recipient of the goods. Barnaby Lane will not cover any costs to return the goods to us.
- Where a product is within the returnable period and Barnaby Lane has been notified we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price of the product/s only, this will exclude any postage or freight charges to originally deliver the goods to you.
- Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all parts and be in new condition – there must not be any dints, scratches or visible marks
Damaged on arrival
If for any reason you believe that your goods have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our items therefore if there is anything wrong with your items within the first 12 months of receipt then please get in contact with us.
A lot of our goods are made from natural materials that require some care. Please follow product care instructions provided with your goods. In some circumstances if these are not met then the warranty will be void.
Care and maintenance information your new Barnaby Lan product
To take care of Barnaby Lane products please note the following:
We use 100% cowhide leather. Leather is a natural product so it does mean that no two pieces of leather are exactly alike. There may be subtle differences in colour, natural markings, scars, rubs or grazes from the cow.
We use both natural leathers and dyed leathers.Please check with us if you are not sure which you have.
Caring for your products: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and or heating sources.
Do not use any acids, solvents, cleaning products, bleach, polish removers or any other chemicals
We recommend only using a soft cloth and water to clean. The cloth should be damp not wet.
Do not rub the leather just softly wipe
Things to avoid: Red wine, oils, spillages and sticky fingers!
